MOTD preview- Arsenal vs Bayern Munich

By on February 18, 2013

This Champions League Round of 16 match between Arsenal and Bayern Munich is set to be a good one, with Arsenal trying to advance in the competition and win their first trophy in almost eight years. The last time the two teams met was also in the Champions League Round of 16, in the 2004/2005 season, and the final score ended Arsenal 1-0 Bayern Munich. Arsenal have been in average form, winning five of their last ten matches, but they enter the match off the back of a horrible 1-0 loss against Blackburn Rovers in the English FA Cup. Bayern on the other hand, have been in exceptional form, winning every one of their last six games, and they haven’t lost since October 28, 2012. Whether Arsenal break Bayern’s streak or not, the match is sure to be exciting, so look out for my halftime and full time view of it, right here on Football Every Day!
