MOTD preview- Tottenham Hotspur vs Everton
Tottenham will be without Gareth Bale for their Premier League match against Everton, which will give the Toffees a huge boost. Lately, Everton have been doing better in this fixture than Tottenham, with David Moyes’ side earning a good 2-1 win over Spurs in December 2012, and a 1-0 win back in March 2012. The Toffees have only lost once in the last five meetings between the two clubs, which have all been in the Premier League. Currently, Tottenham sit in third place of the Premier League, and Everton sit six points below in sixth. Surprisingly, Tottenham have been on bad form, only winning one of their last five matches and losing three. Everton, on the other hand, have been on astonishingly good form winning four of their last five matches, including an amazing 2-0 win over Manchester City. Whether Everton continue on their good form or not, the match is sure to be exciting, so look out for my full time review, right here on Football Every Day!
