The final scores were Celta Vigo 1-1 Athletic Bilbao, Borussia Monchengladbach 0-1 Schalke 04, with Schalke earning an important win as they battle for a spot in the Champions League, and St Etienne 0-0 Bordeaux, with Bordeaux earning a predictable against St Etienne.
