MOTD preview: Manchester City v Manchester United

By on September 22, 2013

Manchester United manager David Moyes will make the short travel across the city to The Etihad stadium as United face off Manuel Pellegrini in the first Manchester derby of the season.  Although neither side sits in the top five places in the Premier League, the result could help determine if either side will win the league or not.   The full three points would catapult both sides into the top three, but both manager would also be happy with a draw as Moyes feels Pellegrini out.

United come into the match on better form, and could have the upper hand as they have won three out of the last five derbies at the Etihad, and three out of the last five league matches at Old Trafford.  but whether they make it four out of six wins or not, the match is sure to be exciting, so look out for our full time review right here on Football Every Day!
